The only thing I had to buy was the turkey sausage. The turkey sausage is definitely needed and would not suggest substituting plain ground beef or turkey. I made the soup for My husband, son and myself. Thought I would have leftovers. Not! They went back 3 times! Maybe next time they will have more self contol. lol. Will make this again!!! Even if I don&#39;t have leftover noodles. Thanks for a great recipe. It&#39;s so quick, easy, cheap and healthy.
